Healthy Treat: Chewy Flourless Peanut Butter Muffins

You won’t be able to get enough of these chewy peanut butter muffins that pack in three easy ingredients: bananas, peanut butter, and dates. Try blending up the mix the night before so you can just pop ’em in the oven while you’re getting ready in the morning. This recipe is super easy, requires no mixer and has no added sugar!

These flourless peanut butter muffins are so good.  They are vegan, gluten free, egg free, grain free and dairy free.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Servings: 12

  • medium sized bananas
  • cup natural peanut butter
  • medjool dates (seeds removed)
  • sea salt optional

Step 2

In a food processor , mix all three ingredients until everything is blended well

Step 3

Spoon batter into standard sized muffin pans. Alternatively you can use silicone liners. The muffin pans need to be greased or lined.

Step 4

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

Let them cool completely before removing from the pans. You can add any toppings e.g chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, marshmallows to your liking.
