Shipping and Returns


  • When you placed an order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped within 2 business days. However, depending on the delivery location, your orders can take about 3-8 working days from the date of ordering to reach you.
  • For local delivery (within Singapore) will be processed within 48 hours and shipping will be done through our shipping provider (Shippit).
  • For international orders, do note that the shipping time varies from 2 – 8 weeks from when the order is placed as we have been experiencing some delays due to the pandemic situation. Should you need any other details, feel free to reach out to us via email at [email protected].
  • Delivery time is also subjected to delays due to bad weather, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and shipping partners.
  • Your shipping cost are subject to the cost of the purchase being made and the destination address. For any queries regarding the shipment of your purchase, please email us at [email protected]
  • You will receive an SMS or Email for the Tracking Number once your order has been scheduled for delivery.

Cancelling Order

  • Please Note:It may not be possible to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

    If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately at 68483633. We are open Monday till Friday, 9am to 5pm, IST.

    You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the website, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.

Return Policy

We give prime importance when it comes to packing the products and delivering it. In some peculiar cases due to some wrong product/human error in packing/misplacement of product we are open to accept the query from you.

  1.  Items will be in authentic condition.

  2.  If you wish to return or cancel the orders, you may contact our support team via email at [email protected] or you may call us at 6848 3633.

  3.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,we will replace the products with new or similar products within the same price range. We do not provide cash refunds for any return and for delivery costs.

  4.  Before returning any Goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company to obtain a returns authorization number (‘RMA’). All Goods returned must be at the Customer’s risk and expense and must be in good condition and original packaging. Return charges should be paid by the customer. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company, and for providing proof of delivery of such return.

  5.  We have a 7 days return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, goods should be returned to the Company within 7 days of delivery to the Customer.

  6.  Any Goods returned after 7 days due to wrongly ordered will only be accepted at the discretion of the Company. All Goods returned (whether within 7 days of delivery or otherwise) will be subjected to a restocking fee of 40% of the invoice value of the Goods.

  7.  Customers should verify the product and raise any doubts within 10 hours of receiving the product if not queries will not be answered.

  8.  In case if the customer wants to return the product there will be a quality check made by our team, if the quality of the products fails then we will replaced the products.

  9.  If the returned products are damaged on the customers’ end, returns will not be accepted.
