Delivery Information: Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. The recipient will also receive an email, notifying them that they have received a ByHerbs eGift Card from you, along with the code that they may use for their next order with the eGift Card amount. Email will be sent to recipient within 12 hours. Please be sure to provide the correct email address, check your spam folder in case you could not find the email in your inbox. If the email is still not found, kindly contact us at [email protected] for assistance immediately.
Redemption: ByHerbs eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, and any unutilized amount will be forfeited. To redeem your gift card, please go to our website at byherbs.sg. It can only be used for ByHerbs online website purchases and is not valid for physical store or marketplace purchases. It can be used for any product on the ByHerbs website, including products from other sub-brands. eGift Card can only be used upon a single transaction. If a purchase exceeds the balance in the ByHerbs eGift Card(s), the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Expiry Date: ByHerbs eGift Card(s) has a validity period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Extension of the validity period is not allowed.
Refund and Exchange: The ByHerbs eGift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, vouchers or coupons. There is no refund of the balance value on your ByHerbs eGift Card, any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiry. ByHerbs reserves the rights to correct the balance of your eGift Card if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has occurred.
Limitations: Your ByHerbs eGift Card cannot be used to purchase other ByHerbs eGift Cards. The value stored in a ByHerbs eGift Card cannot be transferred to another ByHerbs eGift Card. ByHerbs eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. Any unused ByHerbs eGift Card cannot be transferred.
Risk of Loss: The ownership and risk of loss of the ByHerbs eGift Card is passed on to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the eGift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. ByHerbs is not responsible for any lost or stolen ByHerbs eGift Cards, and it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
