Getting Started
You may create an account here. If you are an existing customer, you may click on Log In (found on the top right of the website) and continue with your shopping experience after logging in!
You may change your delivery address by clicking on My Account at the top where you will have the option of updating your account information. You will need to be logged in to access this function. Please login here.
Click here to reset your password. You will be asked for an email address that we will email your new password to.

Order an Item
- Select the products you would like to order from our shop & click on the 'Add to Cart' button. You may adjust the quantity before clicking the 'Add to Cart' button or upon checkout.
- After selecting all items, go to your Cart on your top right corner and click 'Checkout'.
- If you are a new customer, complete billing details and select payment Method, then click "Checkout" button.
- If you are a returning customer, login to your account and choose payment method to make payment.
- You may input any promo code or gift card on this page if you have any.
- If you choose PayNow QR payment option, please upload the screenshot of the payment receipt/transaction to complete the order.
- You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.

Currently, there are 2 ways you can make payments:
- Smoovpay - It will send you to the SmoovPay payment page where you may enter your payment information. If you are using your Mastercard/Visa to make payment, please select this option.
- PayNow QR - For fast & easy PayNow transactions.

Yes, definitely! If your order has more than 10 quantity of a single product, please send an email to [email protected] after you have placed an order of the products and stated the quantity that you have ordered. Please allow us least five working days to process bulk orders.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate to your request(s).
ByHerbs reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been picked and are ready for delivery.

Firstly, please check the email address that you entered at checkout is correct. If so, please check your spam folder too. If it's still not received after 4 hours of placing your order, then you can head to our Contact Us page to send a message and we'll look into this for you. Please send us the full name used on your order to help us locate it.

Products
- By categories – The main product categories can be found on the Main Menu. Click on to your preferred category to browse the products on the respective categories.
- You may also use the search option to find products.
- Click your cart and you will see a list of items that you have picked.
- You may change the quantity of items at this time by clicking the +/- button and remember to click 'Update' for the changes to be accepted and continue shopping.
We strongly recommend that you check through your items upon delivery. If there are any missing, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately on our Contact page or email [email protected]
We apologize for the out of stock product. While we do our best to ensure that all the products listed on our website are in stock, there will be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable (either partially or entirely) and we will contact you to suggest for a replacement. If you prefer not to have a replacement, you will only be charged for the items that are delivered to you.
Our products are 100% halal & only uses sustainably sourced natural ingredients without any chemicals or preservatives, therefore maintaining the quality & integrity of our products.
Where ByHerbs is concerned, yes. Natural & pure ingredients used tend to cost more which increases material costs, in contrast with some commercial brands focused on driving up margins by using the cheapest raw materials available. With ByHerbs products, you get the quality you pay for.
Yes, all our bottles & packaging are recyclable. Do be sure to wash the bottles/packaging first if there are any stains. Do your part for the environment with every small action. Please recycle.
Delivery
Good news: We now deliver worldwide! Delivery charges are in accordance to shipping fees of each country or states. We will not deliver to restricted or high risk countries. For any inquiries, please head to our Contact Us page and let us know the nature of your query.
There is no minimum or maximum limit for your order. Delivery fees start from $6.
For Singapore residents: For orders under $30, there will be a $6 delivery charge. FREE delivery for orders $30 & above. However, if your order includes dates, there is an $8 delivery charge for orders under $100, and FREE delivery for orders $100 & above.
For Malaysian residents: weight
For anyone residing in other countries, there is a flat overseas delivery charge of $25. For any queries, please head to our Contact Us page and let us know the nature of your query.
A change of delivery address after your order is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, you will have to cancel your current order and reorder using the new address.
Please note if a delivery has been scheduled to the location at your chosen delivery slots, a cancellation fee or re-delivery fee will be chargeable at $6.00.
