Ingredients

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter*
  • 1 tablespoon organic hemp seeds

Before beginning, prepare the banana by peeling it and placing it on your serving dish.

Step 1: Spread On The Peanut Butter

Firstly, spread the peanut butter, or your favorite nut butter, onto the top half of the banana.

Step 2: Sprinkle On The Hemp Seeds

Secondly, sprinkle the hemp seeds on top of the peanut butter.

Other options for a topping are chia seeds, shredded coconut, or sesame seeds.

Step 3: Slice The Banana

Thirdly, slice the banana into “sushi-size” pieces and enjoy!
